Thanks bro. I am still using poems to trade US stock, expensive! But I am not frequent trader in US and it is alright to me.

Hope Ausgroup can up till 65 to 70cents soon and let me unload partially and buy more Alpha.

I did some research on brokerages and  provide the below prices for the benefits  of those trading US stocks and options.   It can be seen that ChoiceTrade offers the  cheapest in term of stock and option  trades. Hope it helps you to compare some  of the fees charged. This is not to say that I am supporting US stock trading, but if you're in this may help.
Stock Trades Options per contract Options per 10 contracts Options per 20 contract Exercise Fees
ChoiceTrade $5.00 $5.00 + 0.15 $6.50 $8.00 $5.00
TD Ameritrade $9.99 $9.90 + 0.75 $17.49 $24.90 $19.99
E*Trade $9.99 $9.90 + 0.15 $17.49 $24.90 $19.99
Scottrade $7.00 $7.00 + 1.25 $19.50 $32.00 $17.00
optionXpress $8.95 $1.25 (min 12.50) $12.50 $25.00 $9.95

Happy trading!

Hi Bro. Alcoa is good company, biggest aluminum suppliers and people rely on their financial report to judge economic.

However, since I have to face the risk of commodity price will not recover in 2013, I would like to choose a over-valued and price is being pressured heavily.

After my study, I pick Alpha Natural Resource, hope I am right and wish me luck. All the best to you Alcoa too and hopefully the commodity market can recover in 2013

No far lah. 41 to 57.5 in 5 trading after announce plan to dual list. If SGX and ASX approve? 5 day from 52 to 70cents.

Just dream it. Although recent sell down has created fear, got holding power just hold till the dual list announcement if it doesn't hit 65.

Reason for choosing Alpha Natural Resource

1) Obama may lose this election. Obama won the 90% of vote  of  coal mining states in last election since all these people are middle class people and support Obama since they believe Obama  will take care them. But, their dream doesn't come true. Obama will be die on the hand of all  these coal mining states  which is about 30% of vote right in US

2) Alpha Natural Resource 60% revenue from coking coal and 40% revenue from thermal coal. They idle 8 mines and retrench 1200 workers who are working in thermal coal mine. The revenue percentage of thermal coal will cut down further.

3) Coking coal price currently is about 2 times higher than thermal coal price now although drop massively from 330per ton(2011, Australia  flood)  to 170perton (Japan recently record). However, the operation cost for coking coal is only about 20% more expensive than thermal coal. So profit margin is still quite high. 330 per ton to 170 per ton vs the share price of 66 dollars(2011) to 6.78 dollars.

4) Natural gas are up till 3.40 per mmbtu vs 2.13 per mmbtu of thermal coal price (converted as per energy burning figure)

5) Evidence show that Japan are working closely with Russia to obtain the Natural gas instead of relying on the LNG source from Australia. 40% of natural gas supplied from Russia to Europe will jack up the energy price in Europe. Recent figure show that Europe purchased thermal coal from US in Aug which is about 13% production of thermal coal in US in August. Natural gas price in Europe will be higher and higher and the immediate replacement which is not affected by season is only thermal coal since oil price is even higher for electric generation.

6) Coking coal are used for steel making. The period of downturn cycle of steel demand is about 6 months, now is 3rd month.

7) Alpha Natural resource having the lowest debt ratio among its peers listed in US like arch coal, peabody, Waltersol and etc.

8) Alpha Natural resource price are the most pressured price among all its peers during this downturn which is drop from peak in 2011 66 till 6.78 dollars.

I would like to take the risk to earn big. Info provided for reference and trade with own risk.

You can contact your broker and sign a couple of documents, then you can start trading.  Trades are carried out in USD, and most  local individual account is not meant for contra play so you have to settle once you buy (not T+2 or T+3).  There are also many others internet-based account that you can explore but no matter which one you choose, you have to have time to carry out  study on the stock and also set the right targets.  Also bear in mind that there will be added dimension of currency conversion so need to play/invest carefully.

6.78 USD. 2007 high is above 100, 2011 high is 66 USD.

Don't miss it. Purely recommend. I found now is their bottom price.

If you really want to pick stock at bottom and willing to wait for more than 6 month to expect more than 100% profit.

I strongly recommend Alpha Natural Resource listed in NYSE (US) to you. The price is frustrating now but I am with full of confidence to have 100% profit in 6 month time and 300% profit in 1 year time and 500% profit in 2 year time
