China Gaoxian: Filing Of Official Objection With KRX.

China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd. has on 2 November 2011 filed with the Korea Exchange its official objection to KRX's decision to delist its Korean Depository Receipts. Subsequent to the Company's filing of the Objection, KRX has responded by announcing that it would convene a meeting of its KOSPI Market Listing and Disclosure Committee within 15 days of receiving the Objection to deliberate on its decision to delist the KDRs. The Company would be able to make further representation at such meeting and KRX would then decide on the aforesaid matter within 3 days from the date of such meeting...Attachments:

For insider- U should be very very happy if really can resume trading liao, don't make wrong mistake again.

For outsider- If trouble don't find U, U don't ask for trouble. Unless U really cannot tahan backside super itchy.

After all these investigation, at least now we know their true accounts. Cannot say the same for other S-Chips. However, I hope the authorities launch an investigation as to

1. where the missing money went to, and

2. whether any insider, formally or informally will benefit personally from the Huaxiang Project.

  Sometimes, when the company is struggling yet the CEO insist on building new factory, we need to take a closer look. All those who took the company's money or were dishonest in preparing the accounts ought to be persecuted. Unfortunately this does'nt happen often in S-Chip scandals. No wonder it is so rampant.

In other countries (not sg, cause security too tight)
    Those small/mid-size banks get rob, why?
            Cause  commoners got nothing left to lose, at most jail only.
                  So if money stuck in bank,  what do you think they will do??  you think everyone so  courtesous like sg?

If they really still want to play, i said eg only, if BBs still inside together with some of the other BBs drink kopi together beforehand.

A big mass buy up early term can  solve  all the problem of panic selling and maybe stable the px.

-When shorter see this, U think they dare to short?

-When panic chicken see this, U think will they hold a while and see how first?

-When trader see this, U think they want to make fast buck by swimming with the BBs?

-When ah siao see this, They also stun why rubbish counter still cannot die?

These all are just eg, so don't anyhow short. Wait U kanna shot then U know. All depend on BBs liao, if no BBs inside, then too bad. Crash!

 

Watch out on it pre-opening..!! :), when it  start it official trading.

One immediate definition is on it pre-opening prices traded  b4 9am show on computer screen.

This will trigger a more responsive and set oneself mind, on wondering mindset,  to sell / buy or hold?.
