Dec. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd. has stopped companies listing by introduction until the regulator finds ways of dealing with potential price fluctuations on those stocks, Wen Wei Po reported, citing Mark Dickens, the head of the bourse’s listing division.
Dickens made the comments at a Legco special meeting yesterday called to discuss issues related to the listing of Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd, according to the report. The company’s shares were suspended from trading on the Hong Kong exchange Nov. 26 after opening more than eight times higher than the London-listed stock before plunging.
The Hong Kong exchange this month imposed disclosure rules on companies that place shares in the local market from another market, requiring them to provide the last closing price of their stock on other markets ahead of their first day of trading.

Once the target achieved , there would be a pull-back due to profit taking , to resume the uptrend must to have some correction first .

After soaring from 12 cents two weeks ago , Z-Obee went into correction immediately .It formed a flag formation in almost two weeks ' time . Its length of the flagpole is 7 cents measuring from the bottom at 12 cents to reach the high of 19 cents . Today it gapped up from 17.5 cents breaking out of the flag formation , by measuring the distance of the flag pole , we could get the projection target of around 24.5 cents . That means it has already achieved the target price today .
