Started to move today after the report on Sars-like virus in British. When things turm ugly, this counter will fly as people start to get the masks, same for Eu Yan Sang when people take chinese medicine for better protection.
Don't know when will it happen. This plan has been around like very long already.

mask can't really protect from radiation... may be more orders for the hospitals and airports where the front end staff do the radiation scanning and checking.
I saw the news that HK airport started to check incoming passengers from Japan yesterday and the rest of world may soon follow.
I guess people need mask to protect themselves from the radiation.
Seem like it started to move up after the big earth quake, any idea why. More order on it's mask due to this event?

美德医（9103）董事长杨克诚昨（12）日表示，该公司持续布局柬埔寨生产事业，已投资600万美元（约合新台币1.85亿元）让产能倍增，以因应美商杜邦集团的医疗防护衣大单，预期可带动明年营运大幅成长。
杨克诚也表示，美德医关系企业向邦企业转投资柬埔寨「曼哈顿经济开发区」，至今已完成第一期招商计画，今（13）日将举行第二期招商计画，希望争取台商、陆商及日商前往柬埔寨投资，可获得更具竞争力的开发价值。
美德医是新加坡挂牌，台湾发行台湾存托凭证（TDR）的医疗纺织公司，目前流通在外的股权有47%在台湾发行，共计2亿股左右，上半年营收6.9亿元，税后纯益1,916万元，每股税后纯益0.05元。美德医TDR昨天下跌0.12元、收8.57元。
美德医的事业分两大区块，一是提供台湾在内东南亚医院被服、手术衣的租赁及洗涤服务；另一是藉由大陆及东南亚生产线，供应全球口罩、防护衣等医疗纺织用品。美德医在市场上被视为防疫概念股，每当有像SARS、H1N1新流感等传染病消息传出，美德医几乎都会被市场点名为受惠族群。
杨克诚表示，美商杜邦过去已是美德医长期客户，今年起杜邦进一步将原本中欧及大陆两地的防护衣代工订单，转给美德医，让美德医跃升为杜邦在医疗防护衣产品最大代工厂。
为了满足杜邦在内的新增客户订单，美德医进行柬埔寨的能源设备改善，决定投资600万美元改造柬埔寨的生产基地，今年底陆续投产后，可让美德医在柬埔寨的产能规模较去过成长一倍，有助于美德医明年的营运表现。
此外，透过向邦企业的转投资规画，杨克诚四年前取得柬埔寨境内，邻近越南胡志明市的「曼哈顿经济开发区」共200公顷的土地，至今第一期80公顷土地已全数招商完毕，全球最大潜水衣制造厂薛长兴公司都已进驻。
杨克诚表示，自今年起展开第二期共120公顷土地的开发，希望能争取台商、日商及大陆企业的进驻，由于柬埔寨享有欧盟、日本及美国免关税优惠，再加上当地工资便宜，有机会成为全球代工新兴生产基地。
