Ya..'anal'yst never gets their predictions correct..i lost so much money because of their target prices, but they are just paper loss..i'll keep and hopefully it will recover someday.
According to actual quarter results sinotel's business has been consistently posting growth in profits, but the stock is not rising. The stock market now is really illogical.
See zhuge_liang's post on 2nd June.
Previously the target price was $0.49 and now Phillips Securities say the target price is 27 cents. But look at the price now. It's only 17 cents!
This is clear evidence that you cannot trust analysts!
Westcomb initiated coverage with BUY recommendation.
They believe Sinotel is poised to grow significantly in telecommunication industry characterized with unending dynamics. Based on their conservative estimate, Sinotel’s revenue will grow 23% in FY08 and 24% in FY09. By pegging to 7x PER FY08, about 24% discount of industry average PER of 9.2x, they derive a target price of $0.49.Bless all who support this counter today. Instead of kopi-o, I was given milo-peng.
Cheers and trade with care tomorrow.
