Correct, hopefully can bring in Peter Lim or any billionaire to invest in the company...haha I'm dreaming?????still thinking of TP of 10 cents!!! haha...dream dream

The execution of the strategy should be more efficient with the departure of two major shareholders, less pressure for the managemet to execute strategies that might  not be in alignment  with the VCs direction. Hopefully they can bring in independent directors that can add value.

GP is in the range of 23% (21% for Project Sales and 27.6% for Project Mgt and Maintenance) and expenses is 19% of sales (net of inventory obsolescence. Believe there  are rooms for improvement.

The chart does not look good at all. Days of selling showing bears are in charge. BUT... the volume is lower and lower as the shares got sold down. This is a positive divergence. Normally, volume should be heavy if BBs are dumping. This selling looks more like weak holders selling and panicking. The few sessions will be crucial as the price has already reached a critical support level at 3cts. Very oversold but you never know....

There were Arbitrage of 0.2 to 0.5cents  last week and two weeks ago, where the holder of mother shares sells their holding and buy back the warrants and convert them to mother shares with at least 0.2 cents to 0.5 cents of advantage. Hence there are higher trading volume for both warrants and mother shares. If you check the company announcements, you  will be able to  see that some of the major shareholders were doing just that. Since the Warrants 12 is nearing expiry, there will be more conversion as long as the warrants is in the money --- convert at 1.7 cents and sell  higher... Expect more volatility.

with conversion of warrants, there will be extra cash for the company, this will futher reduce the  bank loan and  hence interest cost. More cash for expansion and hopefully higher profits and higher dividend.

If the company can maintain the profit performance and manage to write back the obsolescence of $1million to the profit next year. The profit in Yr 2012 will be in the range $2 to $3 million.  Assuming most of the earlier expiry  warrants were converted  and    7x PE. The share price should be  3  to 5cents. Upside from this will be  -   higher %  share of revenue from higher margin Maintenance contracts, Higher Revenue growth with booming Indochina market, better project  delivery  due to less ecternal distruption, better credit control resulting in less write off of bad debt....

With the departure of two major VCs from the shareholding due to expiration of the funds, I believe this will and has significantly improve the liquidity of this counter.

worst case: The shares becomes worthless and you kiss goodbye to all your money.

Please do your own due diligence before committing money to buying shares for the long term. Don't buy or sell or impulse from reading in the forum to invest in the long term. If you are purely speculating with regards to fundamentals, please have your own cut loss target. Take responsibility for your action instead of coming to the forum to seek comfort for your trade. In your case, it would be seeking views that are positive (I am not referring to anyone here) so that you feel better , but really, for your the benefit of doubt pertaining to your own money, you should know better that there are all sort of people in this world or rather this or any forum: some induce you to buy/sell so that they can clear their holdings, or some are spreading rumors to try and gauge the level of interest from the retailers.

Really, the point is: Take responsibility for your own trade.

Recurring and new contracts from Singtel, M1,  Huawei International , Vettel (Vietnam's 2nd largest mobile operator)  and a   maiden contract from Movitel Mozambique (Africa).

New customers include SMRT.  It is also appointed by Oscilloquartz as its representative in Singapore.

With the group's early participation in Mynmar's telco infrastucture, Ntegrator is in a strong position to benefit.

So for an investment of less than 5 cents per share, you have to ask yourself is it worth?

To me, you will definitely see 10 cents in midde term.      Just my observation, not an inducement to trade.

Good customer's base, Singtel, StarHub, Vettel... and excellent exposure in high growth Indochina. Also moving towards Service and Maintenance contracts where margins are higher. Move to moderate growth in  projects (lower margins).    Asking for Letter of Credit hence reducing bank borrowing and minimize credit risks. Good move by management so far. The downside will be competitions, Technology platforms changes and world economy that could reduce the order flow significantly.

moving out from lost position and healthy order book. Should be looking at good profit in yr 2012 and beyong. Yr 2011 has an inventory obselences of $1million, If they are better in inventory management and less delay such as Thailand flood, strike...., I believe the bottom line will be strengthed further.
