Road to recovery in next 1-2 years

Perhaps to show confidence as he is the CEO/ED of the company...since the exercise on 17 Jan, the share price has gone slowly from 0.064 steadily to 0.10x at the moment....

his average exercise price is about 0.34 and together with his initial shares held,

his overall average price for total held should be between 0.06-0.20, just guess estimates only....DYODD...

Mr. Wee Woon Wong has been Chief Executive Officer of Informatics Education Ltd. since June 1, 2011. Mr. Wong has been a Vice President of Malaysia TCO of Informatics Education Limited (Formerly known as Informatics Holdings Limited) since 2004 and also serves as its Managing Director of International Division. He has been the Vice President of Informatics Group Malaysia of Informatics Holdings Ltd., since March 2006. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Informatics  Education Ltd. since November 11, 2010 until June 1, 2011. Mr. Wong joined Informatics Malaysia in October 2004. He has more than 20 years corporate experience. Mr. Wong served as the Country and Regional Head for 12 years.

But, why at 23 cents and 45 cents ?
