Timewatch, your guess is as good as mine. DJI up, STI up, yet this counter doesn't budge one teeny weenie bit.
Brook72, from your article and the other articles posted in sharejunction regarding unifiber looks like this counter is solid but it appears to be for long term investment.
Guess I will just have to lock my shares up and take a peep at the price 5.5 to 6 years from the signing of the MOU.
United Fiber System Limited ("Unifiber" or the "Company") announced
that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with Abax Lotus Ltd. (the
"Investor") for the financing of an equity investment by the Company in the amount of
US$200 million in relation to its subsidiary, PT Marga Buana Bumi Mulia ("PT MBBM"). The
financing will comprise of issuances of both notes and warrants.
Under the proposed notes issue (the "Notes Issue"), the Company shall issue notes with an
aggregate principal amount of US$200 million, at an issue price of 100 per cent. of the
principal amount of such notes to the Investor (the "Notes").
In connection with the proposed Notes Issue, the Company shall issue 970 million warrants
(the "Warrants Issue"). 970 million new shares will be issued upon exercise and conversion
of all the warrants.
The parties are in the process of preparing the definitive legal agreements (the "Definitive
Agreements") for the said financing. Both parties have agreed to maintain the exclusivity
period to allow for the preparation of the Definitive Agreements, the fulfillment of conditions
required for the execution of the Definitive Agreements and the seeking of necessary
approvals.
The proposed principal terms and conditions of the Notes are summarised below:
Issue Size : US$200 million in aggregate principal
amount of senior secured notes issued at
par.
Use of Proceeds : Financing for the construction of a
Greenfield pulpmill in South Kalimantan,
Indonesia.
Maturity Date : 5.5 years from respective issue dates.
Coupon : 2% per annum payable by the Company
semi-annually in arrears in cash.
Accretion : 11% total yield per annum will be accreted
on the Notes in addition to the Coupon.

for example if Dow is 1000 points up--- unifiber will not move i guess??????
so novicetrader, unifiber depends more on Dow performance is it, so by Dow moving up possibility is high is it.
Dow up 335 point last night. This is the jab in the armthat the stock markets need. Unifiber is definitely worth much more than its current price. Time to move up. That is my guess.

Unifiber seem to me that it got someone 'slowly' pushing it up.
As you can see that everyday, the share price ended up the day higher even though the buy vol is low.
I've now switch to K1ventures.(oil related)
888max, since you switch counters this counter no more cheer leader. Come on man, get back in and bring back the excitment when you were holding on to this stock.
After the FED announcement I am sure it will move up, in tandem with all the underwater stocks.

WhyWHy does this counter not move, have been observing this counter for some time, just looks promising but never moves. Can any of you reason out about this counter, The BB's don't give it a second look.Are there waiting for it to turn ripe?????
