That means Regent Court must sell! Allgreen counter will up!
Allgreen Properties has obtained an order from
the High Court directing owners to complete the sale of Regent
Garden apartments, a statement said.

saw briefly an article talking about En Bloc...Allgreen...din read in-depth what it is all about on the second last page of today's newspapers...."Money Section"
Our top picks in the sector include Allgreen Properties ('buy', TP S$1.66), which offers attractive P/B NAV valuations along with a stable recurrent income from its commercial properties and low-cost mass-market landbank.
Still a good buy! Target price $1.66. Recommended by DBS among all the developers.
that's mean i got it a high price.
will try to average down if it falls.
When it is < 1.15.

got in @ 1.28.
Intend to hold as long as possible. If the price is right over this unstable period, I would consider to let go.
Depends on how long term you planning. The coming dividend is 5 cents per lot. At the current price now, yield is about 3.9%, which is much better than bank. But most of the time, though not all the time, after Ex D, price will drop. So you may wish to hold it for a while.
So, at what yield are you satisfied? How long you plan to hold?
Personally, I targeting 4% yield of dividend.
What do you think is a good price to enter?
