If I may add to your FA on Oil Exploration & Production (E&P).
What you have described is the E part of the cycle.
This is already quite matured and has been going on for the past 3 years. What you are seeing is the traditional players, (Keppel, Sembmar, Chuan Hup etc) have already benefitted from this cycle and are running at full capacity. Now, the non traditional players like Penguin, PanU and Labroy are jumping on the band wagon or diversifying into the more lucrative areas.
The thing to look out for is the P part of the cycle which is still in its infancy.
After oil is discovered, they will need to extract it from the ground....here they will need to look at production platforms (these are fixed structures as opposed to rigs which are mobile), storage (FPSO - floating production and Storage oil terminals), production equipment and services, transportation equipment, pipelines and refineries.

My indicators called for a buy on this counter today. I didn't vest just yet. There seems to be a lot of change of hands at the 0.215 and 0.22 level.
Hope investors can also make sembmarine cheong to the north too.
