I lost 7k bec of the monday fall. But not counter those div i got earlier n some profit i made earlier from rickmers. But still overall its a lost here.. Takes me months to earn n gone in 1 day.. disappointed with the mgt way of handling this issue. hiding here and there. N didnt wan to give warning of such a big cut took every by surprise.
Even though i lose so much here, i just let go, bec else i will keep holding n thinking about when it will rebound while all those counter move up so nicely, it create an emotion barrier and it affect my trading alot. So by dumping them i can move on n trade better.

May be you could consider cashing out some of these... to put in other counters? Sold off those that I had (ave about $0.52) at around $0.46. Not a sell call though...

I refuse to believe Rickmers 175 yr history, which they just trumpeted in their newsletter, will sink just like that. I'm counting on the latest positive turnaround in economic outlook and the verdict by Federal Chairman Bernanke and the world's central banker. |

I sold my Rickmers shares (with losses) and used the money to buy another counter. Not worth sticking with the Trust through thick and thin when I'm not a Rickmers. Unless the state of the Trust does not disturb you and you're willing to loss all your capital in the worst case scenario.
I called the company previously and after the conversation, I'm still left with lots of uncertainty if the company would resolve all their problems. I didn't wish to wait till I suffer even more losses.
Cut loss when need to and save the remaining capital you have.

Hi ,
Its fine to hold up - but having digested all the information on the Company, i believe it defies
logic to hang on to it. Too many risks - and ur capital may be better served elsewhere, where
there is less risk but reasonable long term returns. There is a possibility that Rickmers might
surprise us all - but personally, I don't like the anxiety and I sleep better knowing that the risks
are more manageable in other counters.
