If controls reverts back to the parent company, then price will cheong further above 20 c and give GSGL shareholders no choice but to think of a RTO situation if they are too attached to GSGL. Second scenario. Since the company has got SGX approval to list some 80900000 share warrants, it will bring in nearly $10 million once all warrants are exercised. So both way it is still good to hold and wait for the big cheong.
