When Simon Loh is not analysing your stocks, he's a hitman for the Mafia.  So don't make him angry with you :)

Hi Simon Loh

Read this thread yesterday and saw your recommendations dated on 28 Jan.  Wow, most have already gone up so not sure if can still buy.   Most of what I have now are losing money and do not know if they will ever be up and when, or should I just let go.  Very heart pain.  Hope you can advise.  Starcruise bought at .55 and .59, Lian Beng at .36, Aqua Terra @ .56, Hengxin @ .75, Sapphire @ .05, Hiap Hoe @ .875 (price before consol was .175), and A-Sonic @.305.

Still very new to this game so have a lot to learn.  Appreciate your attention.

Hi Virgoan,

This one is a bit TRICKY !

It has been going up from 19 Dec 06 to 24 Jan 07 for the last 5 weeks gaining about 10%.  It has already started it downtrend mode 6 days ago since 25 Jan 07.  For the next 1-2 mths, I believed it will still be on its CONSOLIDATION Phase ( downtrend ) ... !

However, in the immediate 1-2 weeks, it may do a short rebounce, but the trend is not clear weather it will temporary rebounce or not .... If you want you may wait for another 1-2 weeks ..... but the risk for this would be high, that's why I said it a bit tricky ...

If you want to be on the safe side, I would advise to let go at around S$1.15 .... and try to get another counter instead with a better chance and prospect to go up ... !

It would be good if you have tell me your bought price and entry date ... that way I can help make a better accessment of it  ... !

Cheers ,

Simon Loh

Simonloh, thanks for your comments. We want to see your comments, cheers up ya.. I like your questions on Hulumas shown below.. As one of my colleagues told me, it can be a fake statement from him too.. We have to admit that we can always "say" whatever we want here.. because no one knows if that's real~ ... and he/she can speculate the rumours around to reach his/her objective. Hulumas, don't get offended.. What my friend statement also a good advise for us not to "totally believe" what ohers said... we are living in a virtual world in sharejunction. anyway, our objective is to earn more money here.. good lucks ya~ maybe I should stop saying how much I vested or how many I vested, because it can cause some "arguments or discussion later"..

"You mention to buy all the way throughout 2007 & 2008 ... ! It's quite a long buying duration timeframe ... ! Just Curious ... , may I know how big a Capital you plan to stage in ( All In All ) ... ? And how long of a timeframe are you planning to hold ...?   "

hi Simonloh, as long as your investment strategy works for u, that's very gd... compliment & admonishment co-exist for tweaking onself's investment, so treat them equally ;-)

Simonloh:

"Dear Readers,

To you ... the Technique i use sometimes can be complicated, it involves some Factors like below  :

a.  Global  & Local Investment Sentiment.

b.  Technical Analysis

c.  Price & Vol Study

d.  Basic Mathematical Study

e.  Supply & Demand etc .... ! "

simonloh, don't feel too aggrieved. There are all sorts of persona types in an open forum like this. I personally find you conscientious and your approach rather sophisticated   by the methods you used above. It is good for you to make recommendations of stocks which meet your criteria. Whether you are appreciated or not depends not on one or two posters who do not agree with you. If you are sincere in time others will regard you seriously which you appear to be. It may be enlightening to you that the really experienced and successful investors who come here seldom or don't criticise but are here to get a feel of the market for no one can be absolutely sure of the market  movements always - looking at the "careful" list of methods you use I think you are on the right track. Cheers.
