Yes, all share holders, nothing much just get a new auditor.
Worth noting the share price has dropped 25% since the last report and the revenue has dropped 55% due to over capacity of steel mill, so coal no buyer. Cost of sales also dropped 56%, it looks like the salesmen has gone on holiday? Anyway they cant sell so they cut cost. This guy loss its shine, if you are the director of Abterra reading this, go kick some ass and sell more rather than cut cost. Try new areas....

Is this for all shareholder? cause my friend who holds Abterra said he received a letter for this notice but i did not receive anything .
O ya, I agree on management efficiency for a share to go up. Look at Teck Resources listed in the US. Was down to US$3.80 and with good manuovers by management, wah it is now up to US$35.60 per share.
Well Teck nearly have troubles during the economic crisis, but with strong management knowing what to do, has done well to shareholders' joy.
Hope one day, Abterra who is also mining in China, will learn from Teck Resources, and get CIC to put some money in it. When that happens, wow you can see Abterra prices shoots. Hahaha, just hoping and maybe dreaming that it happens.
hi , will not even think of buying them if i am not comfortable with the management.

the business is in commodity is good..but need to understand more about the Management -- not very comfortable with all the moves made by the company ---- but if it goes down further, it may be a good entry price for short term trader...
not sure how u determine that it has a healthy balance sheet. care to share?
i got it early this yr but they acq a mine in china. healthy bal sheet but this counter not moving at all. Even with the greenhouse thing. Coal is still a form of fuel for the industry and for day day ppl to use as warmer in winter.
i forsee the demand for coal will go up esp, now is winter time.
extracts :
"Commentary: On December 7, 2009, the Environmental Protection Agency made a long anticipated ruling stating that greenhouse gases threaten public health and that they should be regulated under the Clean Air act. This would mean the EPA could regulate those gases without the approval of Congress. This ruling could have an obvious impact on certain sectors including coal stocks and utilities. Rather than attempting to analyze the fallout or impact of this announcement to the relevant sector, as a technical trader I can simply look at a chart for evidence of what action investors are taking.
Have a Great Day!

It was quite clear that a change of auditors has been necessary due to the old ones resigning. Probably couldn't satisfy management in some areas arising from the business expansion of the company which requires more progressiveness in the light of new business perspectives. My thoughts only, based on a logical conclusion of events.
