Ricola, your predict is accurate, walau, just because of EX- only, it drop neary 20%. I think it should recover, no logic.

 

The way the market in going, it will surely go to around .25c. easy.  Lets see what happens in NYC tonight.  Hold on tight.  Looking at the US futures, it may not be so, they are up for now.

NOTICE OF A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER'S INTEREST

"OHLF" is a holder of not less than 20% of Novena Holdings Limited. By virtue of Section 7(4A) of the Companies Act, Chapter 50, "OHLF" has a deemded interest in 97,891,000 ordinary shares in the capital of TT International Limited (representing 16.07% of the total issued capital of TT International Limited) held by Novena Holdings Limited.
By virtue of Section 7(4) of the Companies Act (Chapter 50), Mr Oei Hong Leong is deemed to be interested in the shares in which Novena is interested in.

From what I researched, I think that they or some BB, they might fixed the base level price for this counter NOT falling below S$0.38 because this is their original maintain target price; so for the future of placement share or whatsover reason.

For long term investment, it is a healthy sign and well support not below this level I hope. Anyone got the patience to participate, this will see your investment in 1 - 2 yrs time frame. It is good entry sign. Good Luck for those still holding !

TT int calling Call all (CA), Ordinary plus special Dividend to be issue to vested share holders, plus 3 for 10 - (3 right for 10 share held). Upon vested say 10,000 share bot from open market at a certain price, one can have the right to 3,000 share to be issue to U. can choose to use those special dividend to buy into your say 3,000 share using those special dividend contributed from their section 44A money, sort off a bonus, however having said that, after (XA) Ex-all, after the Ex-date fell on August 10, 2007, trading prices will also re-align downward by about a 33%.

Just for today even in d sea of red and volatile time, stock is been strong-ly endosed by vested players withstanding last week, this week and also maybe next week turbulent time.

FYI: Today trading Cum-All (CA). Ex-all (XA) after 10th Aug 07. After that they will send U a nice big CDP envelope letter, + about 100 pages of document. Today strongest support ay 45c, next level is at 44.5c, followed by 46c. This stock has been well taken care of by not one but three (3) BBs and this stock should be slow and steady can liao. Can (oni FYI) buy some to hold B4 & after AGM & EGM, 2.5 weeks from now. U decide, is ur $$$,
