Situation now in Myanmar is they are desperate for sim cards & they willing to pay at high price but network cant support the hugh demand. Mdr maybe using their joint venture Avitar Enterprise to sell cheaper handsets while they do servicing which have higher margins.

MDR is sole distributor of Nokia and they also distribute Samsung.. Both products are not as expensive as Apple phones so they are very ideal for Myanmar market if they open concept stores with Myanmar Pepsi king Thein Tun... Their strong Myanmar partner. The phones will sell like Pepsi in Myanmar... Haha!
As more details & progress in Myanmar business is annouced, this share price will move up in tandem.
Todays Straits Time just confirmed Singtel interest in Myanmar, maybe Mdr will get a pie of this since they are their exclusive retailer in Singapore.
