SGX down 12 now, see HSI how? If SGX down further to range 20-30, buy one and keep loh, short and long term also can lah. AK view, but PM not around leh, got lopang's appt( x rated,above 21 only):)
CapitaLand's Xed the $7/00 mark and is sitting pretty there. This counter will provide the required funding for my children's overseas education in the next 5 years.

Why sell now for some kopi$$?? The relay has juz started. If equities are forward indicators, the US economy is NOT going into negative territory for the next quarter.

I guess they may wanna push it pass $10+....the price TSE bought a stake in it last year.

well, tonite US non farm payroll was a surprize to most of us...
europe closed well, all with positive gains
and US market should closed with slight gains or slight losses, and most analysts for-see a mild recession that had happened.
SGX should open with the range of 9.40 to 9.55 on monday.

I caught it at 9.15 thinking it would be a classic setup for shorting it being Friday and all that, but had to cut at 9.26 just before closing. Fortunately only a small lot.
