it will cross 0.70 sometime soon but i cant tell when "just need a catalyst". But it will be pretty soon from my estimates.

Don't worry. The real surge will probably come sooner than you can expect. Looks good from the strength moving away from the 64/65 cents level to 68/69 cents.
Just wait for some news of the licence issue.
