i am new in investing.. i bought this counter too. 
Risktaker, u mean it prob will hit abv $1.20?
Thinking if to long hold for this counter.. or jus close at $1.20...

Its not easy to pump this genting up. Millions and millions are pour in .... people shorting it and people exit this counter .......
But no worries :) Someone is holding this firmly & really really keen to push this over $1.

Hmmm... did the DBS forgotten that the personal loan could also gone up due to heavy gambling? So strong pick for local banks.

0705 GMT [Dow Jones] In anticipation of near-term downside for Singapore market, DBS Vickers suggests investors add defensive stocks or accumulate shares backed by catalysts, such as those centered on casino theme; "we believe the integrated resorts theme will stay in vogue over the next six months." Says market needs healthy correction as valuations now at mid-cycle levels after strong rally since March. Besides Genting Singapore (G13.SG), house recommends ComfortDelgro (C52.SG), SPH (T39.SG), CDL Hospitality Trusts (J85.SG), Ascott Residence (A68U.SG) as beneficiaries of two upcoming casino-resorts. Apart from gaming theme, DBS tips stocks in financial, basic materials, consumer services sectors as recovery plays; "these sectors are expected to generate earnings growth of between 20% and 77% next year." Favorites in these sectors include UOB (U11.SG), Straits Asia Resources (AJ1.SG). (FKH)

Maybe the breakout would happen tomorrow or next week. The most important thing is bulls can break the barrier.

today paper also reported sell , claiming this counter is overvalued.
