大哥!!!但吹破了呢???
Just compare CDL Hospitality Trust now at S$1.39 with Target Price S$1.57.
Also, Furama is now at S$1.44 and will be rising.
Genting is worth at least S$5.00 when it OPENS.

DBS Group Research . Equity 4 September 2009
DBS Research believes that there is upside to CDL Hospitality
Trusts’ share price performance given the upbeat outlook for
the local tourism sector next year. CDL HT offers one of the
purest exposure to the anticipated boom in the local tourism
industry especially with the opening of the 2 Integrated Resorts
in 2010. Maintain BUY, TP S$1.57 (Prev S$ 1.36).
CDL HT’s implied value per room is about S$550,000 for its
Singapore hotels, which is not exceedingly cheap but certainly
not lofty. This is also in line with the recently transacted
Swissotel Merchant Court, at $546,200 per room. In fact, CDL
HT’s should trade at a premium given its strong group support
from Hong Leong Group. Besides CDL HT, Furama is another
hotel play that is very undervalued. At current price of S$1.44,
average value per room works out to be only $196,000, which
is much lower than Copthorne King's Hotel of S$382,000 per
room, which is just right beside Furama RiverFront.
CDL Hospitality Trusts - exposure to the anticipated boom
in local tourism industry. Target price raised to S$1.57

ayoyo..1c down only ...ppl tok so jiat lat...most man are worse than woman...scare scare...where got hope???
i am still on the q...if u thk bad, then sell me lah...i am buying....
i followed genting since it was still trading in us$, collected big time when it was like us$0.13, took some profit along the way and cashed out more when the casino license was awarded to them. subseequently i went in again, bought ipo shares and took up even the rights issued at $0.6, but cut loss at $0.5 when the financial crisis took place and saw it plunged all the way to amlost $0.3, thought i was clever and wanted to pick up again when it dipped further, but i missed the chance, so i'm telling myself hold on to the remaining shares. chinese are borned gambler, dont worry the casino has no business, they've the next good 10 years when gov only allows 2 casino. seems like it is highly possible that they will open earlier than sands according to some info.

AK support profit taking, for those like short term invest, n come back again next week. If most of us doing that, hoe shei liao, d kopitiam stores' aunties will smile, n d supervisor will get less scolding fr d boss owing to low sales in beverages, esp ALL brands of beer.
But most pity on d Chinese National Supervisor, kena wacked for nothing. As usual, Ghost Festival, normally less people patronise kopitiam one, as people attending Ghost Fest Dinner here n there. I got one ds coming Sun. Moreover, under current weak economy situation, most people tighten their belts liao.
Times r really bad, there r many unemployed neighbours n lonely old folks loitering in the kopitiam. AK normally will not disappoint the needy, if they come to me for couple of dollars for meals n other domestic need. As normally I set the limit of lending, henceforth no end date for repayment n int free. Of course, if they approach me again, I will remind them any outstanding bill, n they will auto to go away loh. Some, I think they hv forgotten liao n some never see them in d kopitiam again. Anyway, we help thro our heart, we dun ask for return, thats wat old mum advocated her childrens since young.
God bless.
