Based on past figures, when it closed b4 the last sell down at 0.885, it went down lowest to 0.640. A drop of about 28%.
Using back the same % & last close of 1.19, we can get 0.860 as a guide line.

If Genting is at 60 cents, I think alot of people who missed the boat, will take the opportunity to buy. This is an opportunity if you hold a long term view. My holding are mainly at 68 cents and 82.5 cents. I am assuming my earlier investment should remain profitable, let's see.
i think if the rights thing is true, price may tumble for the next few days...esp for those who bought last few days on contra...those who cant hold will see price tumble....guess its time to monitor this babe again
i wonder wat price will it trade after halt is lifted....60cents?
For longies like me, will just take it as a corrections & a chance to load up more if price is good. Guess will only be awhile before it will resume its up trend when the news for the license is out.
Ultimately we will still see $2, only a matter of time.

i wonder how sti will fare later when genting starts to trade....may spoilt the day...hopefully singtel will come to rescue sti
guess by now every1 ill know their tricks......whenever price keep on going up, means they have some funny tricks...either they selling shares or issue rights...wonder what's next?
Interested to know the configuration of the rights issue. 5 for 1 or???

Haha get Temasek in, than case closed. Sure go up
Goodness! Rights issue again? It's not confirmed right? Just planning... ~_^
Hmm... everyone agrees it's not good?
Vostro69, how different can Genting be from the rest? It's not the first time they have rights issue...
If the rights is affordable, I see it as a time to further invest in Genting, our casino.
It's a long term thing.
Selling time, cut down on profit.
Most probably, they've overrun their costs again. Not a good sign at all. Sell.
the market has not been sympathetic to rights issue or covertable bonds lately. take olam as an example.
so need to exercise care when trading resumes. but genting may be different.
when will they lift the halt?
hopefully the right px is cheep cheep....best is below 30c!
