Yes, it is definately too late for such prive to happen! If you know how market operate.
If you are the boss of this company and you want to let those warrant holder execrising their rights, you would have push your price long time ago, right?
In this actual situation, bosses would prefer those warrant expired and not dilute their total shares so nav would be maintain or go higher. Make sense right? Why waste all the money to push prices to 22 cents no benefits but risk!

Best option, cross finger. Retail play will have no option.
Contingent plan - ONLY they know best.
A  possiblity,  anything can  happen.
" Will they push price up to 22cents above? Or..." too late....??
Truely vested BBs will not look at such date line, they will look likely at longer term n their business outlook. They may and may not....they can oso hav some form of contingent plan.
teeth53 on sharing my view.

Why would anyone execrising their viking's warrants with 22 cents when you can buy mother shares at only 11 cents?
You can spend your 22cents to buy 2 viking mother share! no sense at all!
Do you know 18 jan 2013 is the expiring date? Which is only 10 days later. What can anyone do about the stock in such short time?

True, true. now penny trade is flavourable, speculating and many wanted a bite on it, Viking may not in many BBs radar screen, it do show it maybe under value play, unlike Rowsley, and or any others pennies stk. A good eg is Asiatic - under value stk n many don take notice.
Just sharing my thot n keep this Viking forum interest going...with a reasonble, valid  business.
Wish Viking players huat huat...arhh.

Play can be vested by long term vested truely stake holder whom with business they know better, Short term maybe, not  so much on speculating stk, over long term. still I personnal think BBs truely vested would likely subscribe even @22cts, Basically they oso may buy now @current prices.
That why can see prices appreciated bit by bit, oso Viking is having a buy back program.

Mkt can appreciate O& M business, and players vested truly over long term, may further buy on averaging up @current prices, so i think players may 1 2 subscribe, especially BBs vested stake holders.
just sharing my thot -- see mkt behavior did a upturn for viking ,+.0030c, when sti mkt is turning more reddish.

Theme #3: More legs to O& M (FROM DBS)
Offshore orders were buoyant in 2012, on robust sector
fundamentals. firm rig utilisation and day rates, supported by
improving demand/supply dynamics. We still expect a robust
outlook for oil & gas E& P activities to continue in 2013. The
subsea market is expected to register robust growth in the
future, backed by an increase in the development of oil and
gas fields in deeper waters/harsher environments, coupled with
aging offshore oil and gas infrastructure, which require regular
repair/maintenance, especially on the back of increasingly
stringent requirements on operational safety.
From DBS
Singapore SMCs (small-mid caps) and the DBSV SMC universe
have both outperformed the FSSTI’s 20% gain in 2012, rising
31% and 39% respectively. But, as SMC’s earnings growth is
projected to outpace large caps at 13% to 9%, we see SMCs
having more legs to run and would continue to beat STI. We
pick stocks with exposure to external markets, and also those
that ride on China’s rebound. O& M interests should also
continue to cascade and centre around smaller caps
if u check the charts..
quite a fair bit of activity in the volume for Viking over the past few trading days
looks like there will be movement in the coming weeks for this laggard to catch up with the
rise of the overall market..
