Just my personnal opinion. I would rather placed my trust on those 19  (BBS) placees.

Your have the point Teeth53.  Employees are the lifeline of business.  Once you treat them well, they will protect your interests and be very loyal to the company and work towards company's interests as it is their ricebowl.

As for improving performance of the company, there should be conducted inhouse regular courses to teach, revise and learn methodology of good business conducts and techniques and awareness of mortallity control. 

Workers who pass tests and put their learnings to practice should be well looked after, not necessarily monetary rewards because human beings are more flattered in their ability than in financial rewards. So always recognize good works and good conducts.  For those exhibiting couldn't care attitudes don't punish them too hard, but give them a second chance after explanation but not " lectures" until he shows inability to learn and work well or he refuses to value his own rice bowl..

To provide  them sufficient farming knowledge on abalone and seacumber.

Frankly speaking unless you are heavily short on this counter, why you are worrying for others who intend to enter?  It is their money and honestly people who invested  in this business are super rich people and have big money to lose in case of bad outcome in the investment.

I say potential... ok maybe fraud is too strong a word. My apology... but millions of dollar just wipe off..... Do they have safety measures ? Do they check/monitor their abalone everyday?

Hav to respect the players for their own right in playing in SGX mkt, yesterday lowest it closed at 0.079 cts. Today mkt seen to +ve,  and friendly to Ocenaus...Happi trading.
