You are wrong. Last year's div was 18 cents per share not 27 cents per share. So this year's div is in fact higher.

kLand = King of Land... Huat Arh....
despite good results this FY (rev+38%, profit +29%), div is worse than last FY.
Bad sign of difficult yr ahead.?
2011: Final div 20c + Special Div Zero (Total div: 20c)
2010: Final div 18c + Special Div 9c (Total div: 27c)
Record date 26Apr2012, date payable 15Jun2012.
How would this good result affect Kepcorp? Any comments, or it is already factored in Kepcorp prices?

With Capitaland attempting to cross 2.42 ..... seems likely Kepland may move from the 2.49 ..... time to observe .....
Capitaland seems to form a very strong blockade at 2.39 .....
hopefully will travel from 2.49 to 2.77 after this quick rest .....
2.49 seems good ?

strong breakout ? more to come ?
