Stock at 0.07, Cash Distribution at 0.08!!!

already announced so u think true or not??? haha! anyway last hurdle is to get shareholders approval. u think got any idiot will turn down this proposal??? so once approved, u can imagine what will happen to the price. dont forget, even a 0.005 difference is a 7% increase for this stock!

 

if this is true, and get approve on 17 Apr,  Will the price shoot up immediately?

sorry i cant provide full details as sgx is down. afraid u have to search urself when sgx is up. yes, the sales can raise the money and they only recently announce this 0.08cts as they already said much much earlier they will do a cash distribution but never say how much. they already did their sums before announcement :)

yes they are holding a special general meeting in april to get approval for this 0.08 cts distribution. so it is not a rumour. all posted on sgx website  but wait till it is up and u look up the announcement by Eagle.

as for the money, they also posted where the money will come from. basically they are selling part of the company to fund this distribution and also to go into other biz. again, look at the announcement when the stupid sgx is up...

i guess the only thing now is the shareholders DO NOT approve this in april, which i can really never see it happen hahahaha!
