Fell below $0.50 as I mentioned 2.5 months ago. Plunged as much as 30% to $0.43 today on very heavy selling! FA people are probably still holding.

$0.60 reached. $0.50 looks like an increasing possibility now.

Just to share with you guys from my enquiry to investor relation on the recent drop in price....
"We announced our 1st Quarter results on May 9 and posted both an increase in top and bottom line. Moving forward, the management remains confident that all expansion and new product schedule remains on track. We announce our half year results on 7 August 2008"

Sit back and relax waiting for confused investors to creat fear! Guess those confused investors have to work harder as BestWorld did not drop to 50c as they have projected...Look at the strong fundamentals coming out from the Q1 result, a smart value investor will be waiting quitely to load up this hidden gem!!

Best World plunged up to 10.7% on downgrade from CIMB.
Best World's 1Q08 results were below expectations, accounting for 13% of our full year forecast due to lower-than-expected gross margins. Traditionally, 1Q accounts for 15-16% of full-year net profit. 1Q08 net profit grew 8.1% yoy to $2.3m on revenue growth of 32.3% to $25.5m. Gross margins were 76.4% vs. our estimate of 78.3%. While we expect strong sales to continue, we are cutting our FY08 earnings estimate as we anticipate higher packaging costs and freight charges due to higher oil prices. Watch out for higher expenses
Our target price drops to $0.84 (from $1.21) following an 11-19% downgrade in our FY08-09 EPS forecasts. Given the de-rating of direct sellers in recent months, we have lowered our target multiple to 9.3x CY09 earnings from 11x, still at a 20% discount to larger peers. Downgrade to Neutral from Outperform.
Best World plunged 7.1% today.
If uncertain, drop the burger loh. Seek others leow.
