Head and shoulders fully formed, no support till 40 cts. Poor gongkias who went in near $1 all killed.
From the technical view , Tiongwoon is still very weak , its RSI is at 32 which is quite over-sold , n it may remain in the downtrend for some time . To achieve the downside target of 60.5 cents could be possible .

let's SHORT it to 60cts ahh!!! :P
Even though the closing price for this week is at 68 cents , the trend would not be good in short term . But today it came down further to 66.5 cents , from the technical view , it may reach down to 60.5 cents .

from CIMB 11 Nov 09, Fair Value S$1.06
"We keep our Outperform rating as we expect contributions from new projects to materialise starting 2Q10.
We remain positive on TWC as we see strongdemand from oil & gas and petrochemical customers."
"TWC expects to spend about S$30m in FY10 to acquire cranes to meetcurrent and new project requirements.
The bulk of this budget would be allocated toexpanding its lifting fleet, and in particular, cranes with
capacity greater than 100tonnes to satisfy the increasing requirements of oil & gas projects"
Tiongwoon went up to 75 cents yesterday n touched the sloping down trend line . But closed negatively at 72.5 cents . Today it even came down to 68.5 cents with larger volume . If it close negatively by closing , then there would be a bearish engulfing pattern formed . The trend may go down further .

* US industrial output, consumer sentiment data to offer cues
* Equites rally, dollar weakness price supportive
From CIMB Aug'09 - Tiong Woon
• Positive outlook.
With crude oil prices above US$70/bbl, activities in the oil & gas sector should be brisk
as projects are revived. Management indicated that demand has been very strong from
oil & gas customers, and that TWC does not have sufficient machines to meet all
customers’ needs and may have to procure new machines. Share-price catalysts are
expected to include new contract wins for oil & gas projects.
• Maintain Outperform.
We raise our FY10-11 forecasts by 63-66% on continued strong demand and steady
margins from oil & gas and petrochemical customers for its heavy lift & haulage segment.
We also introduce FY12 forecasts. Still using an unchanged 8x CY10 P/E, its mid-cycle
valuation multiple.
