
It highest price time is $4++ when it is still part of STI, maybe it will go into STI again when it price rise further.

Yes results very good, profit rises 16 times than 3rd qn 2011.

Result is good.
Same sentiments too, Susan.. they have accumulated enough after all these hectic months.. High volume traded over prices of $1.305. Have to see what's the open price this Wed to confirm the e-price.. In conjunction with Chinese Economy set to higher GDP, we should see Yanlord flying to 1.51 in the near term and hopefully to 1.80 next year. Xi Jinping needs to do something for the benefit of the Chinese!!

The official PMI index for October 12 is release yesterday it has break though the 50%, and reach 50.2% which is higher then the hongleong financial estimation of 49.5%. The property market of 100 main city of china continue to increase, as compare to September, the average increase is 0.17%, it have continue to raise for the past 5 months. City like shanghai the raise is higher which is 0.33%.
Both fundamental and technical analysis is supporting the rise of this stock.

But the coming quarterly earning may spoil the party!
 
More public housing is not a good news for property developer, as it will have competition for the pricing. Good news is like the property control policy which have try to limit the property price is not causing the price to drop like the recent news, shang hai property have break the new high of 215.6k per sq m. PMI index is improving and many of the province GDP have reverse... Please also note that China have overtake USA as top FDI... All this show the recovery of china market, which will also good for china related business, so as property, and this improvement in the company performance may show in the next few quarter, but the share prices will usually move before that. The challenge for the China share raise is that currently the STI is at the reverse which is moving downward. Thus there is two possibility, it will follow STI to drop, or it will raise, as more investor will take profit and  transfer the investment from the STI shares to China related stock.
