Company buy back today at 26 cents for 1300 lots, strong support at this level, i believe any price below can pick up and will be rewards with 1 cent dividen by 16 aug 2011, yield more than 7%. Acutally i wanted to pick up more but fail to unload some counters as it fall faster than wee hur, i still feel comfort with wee hur mgt than others as they come out and support the share price during panic selling.thank mr goh...
tried to queue at 0.255 :( haha

I completely agree. Did some studying last night and saw that they have been paying $0.02 div the last two years and the year before was 0.025. This works out to very nice 7-9% depending on the price of shares then. Safe and steady.

This is one GEM. I have a list of counters that I track and plot. About 40 stocks, one third Blue Chips. Yesterday, the only one that saw a gain was HPH Trust and I reckon the only reason was that it was soon paying distribution of HK$0.143. That's about 2%. WEE HUR's S$0.01 cents is more than 3.6% at yesterday's price. This announced after market closed. And it's only interim div with previous record showing 0.01 c every half year. That's about 7.2% div every year.
Think it will be another solo gain counter on Monday.....

| The new method is more kiasu type of calculation so that the company will know how much they earn till the state. Measure by the % of project completed and the amount of fund use. Instead of getting the 100% profit calculated while the project no yet completed. Haha maybe seeing the big amount they earn will make them more big head and want to take more risk on other project. While by the % of state will make them more care about their move and cost.
