The sudden retirement of the joint CEO Li Jinzhou,53 leaves the young Wang Peng, 34 as Dy executive chair & CEO after just two years sharing the role with elder Li.

Wang Peng primarily oversaw sales & mkting these 2 years. He is the son of the cousin of Executive Chairman, Mr Li Wei.

The appointment of LiWenjun the Group's Purchasing Manager as executive director was also made on the same day.

Working experience and occupation(s) during the past 10 years:    
1. November 1988 to May 1997, Mr Li was the manager of Henan Province No. 2 Textile Machinery Factory.

2. June 1997 to December 2001, he became the purchasing manager of Synear Frozen.

3. December 2001 to present, he was appointed the director of Henan Synear.


Pursuant to the IPO of Synear Food Holdings Limited, he became the Purchasing Manger of the Group.  

These developments in totality with disappointing result on all fronts signals that the management suite is in flux. More mkt participants & stakeholders will re-rated expectations as the dust settles...

Technically - Singapore Edge mentioned a possible breakdown to $0.50

short term okay... but sell befor their Q1 results, because it will be worse than Q1 2007 for sure, and there might be another of selldown ... so, anytime from now until Q1 results, 4 months time, it should rise.

 

So what do you all think of this counter's direction in short term?

 

seriously those who bought up recently Synear...especially for contra players....its terrible...a painful one indeed...

 

 

i was very tempted in the past couple of sessions to try bottom-fish at $1.03 but a TA chart which i sawed a few weeks ago in the Singapore Edge mentioned that Synear will breakdown to $0.50 target gave me the jolt.

How did Singapore Edge know so far in advance that Synear will crashdown?

Lucky for me i did not pick it up at $1.03 otherwise chowtah liao.
