Housing market is slowing. Showroom crowd has evapourated. My property agent neighbour is idling.
I understand from him that the seller and buyer price expectation has become too wide. Just like stock that has BUY SELL more than 1 bid wide.
Very hard to close deal.
Especially now, pple are out to catch speculator. TOP for condo coming,....
I see. I still have 1.41, now so low, dont know can bounce back or not. Can hold long term.
There was much buying frenzy then (and opinions too)...
and it went as high as 2.28.
That was only about twelve months ago... wow time flies when one is active in the market !!!

Anyway, "not having a position is itself a position" is very practical too...
I still remember dumping all my few lots of Allgreen @ 1.95 just not too long ago, and remained out of it till now...
Actually, it's more lucrative to have shorted rather than stayed out... since it's @ 0.98 now 
Is Allgreen or WingTai at the present price level? Allgreen gives better dividents than Wingtai?

for the past few days...since 9th June till today...supported very well at $1...everyday's intra low is at a dollar
u r welcome Hulumas...a pity that Allgreen is falling...actually i m quite a follower of this counter...haiz~ at the first sign of rebound...shld there be one in the near term hopefully...will try to get it

i briefly look back at the charts and it seems today break into a penny stock is on a historical high volume...this is not a very positive sign at all
looking into the past history ...it was last a penny stock in the fourth quarter of 2006...wa...really quite some time liao...
next support found at $0.89

darnz* can't believe 2 mins after i posted it will tumble below $1...it hit $0.995..now $0.99

used to vest in Allgreen...heng* took it out already..looking at the charts...see the history back when it hit around this region...looks to tumble off to below $1

Wah.. this counter has fallen very hard for the past few months. Maybe become penny stock soon.
