Will this announcement help the price to move north?

ALLOTMENT AND ISSUE OF AN AGGREGATE OF 17,385,667 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PURSUANT TO THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS BY TWO STRATEGIC INVESTORS
Unless otherwise defined all capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the previous announcement dated 16 May 2009.
The Board wishes to announce that two of the Strategic Investors, ICH Group Ltd and Mr. Toe Teow Heng have on 11 January 2010 exercised 12,821,667 and 4,564,000 warrants respectively. Payment of the aggregate exercise price for the warrants was made by extinguishing the remainder of the amounts owed by the Company to ICH Group Ltd and Mr. Toe (being S$1,923,250 and S$684,600 for ICH Group Ltd. and Mr. Toe, respectively) pursuant to the loan agreements made during the Financing Exercise. The debts owed to ICH Group and Mr. Toe have been fully repaid. The Company has saved S$600,874 in potential interest payments as a result of the loans being extinguished.
Pursuant to the exercise of warrants, 12,821,667 and 4,564,000 shares in the Company were allotted and issued to ICH Group Ltd and Toe Teow Heng respectively on 11 January 2010. The issued shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company. These new shares will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 15 January 2010.
Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the share capital of the Company comprises 1,972,428,174 issued Shares. |

transfer of shares from SG to Taiwan is not immediate. it will take 3 weeks for the shares to be transferred over, and one would need to take time risk if he does that. if the whole thing doesn't pan out to what he had expected, he will be suffering double whammy.
Nevertheless, I'm bullish on this counter. :)
hi i also confuse about this "transfer & selling" of shares from SG to TW.
if assuming BB are preventing the price from going up, so as to force ppl to sell, or forcing the price down and causing shorting by smaller investors... won't there come a point not enough shares locally in SG?
But why not BB just keep buying up the shares and reselling in TW... at least this way the local SG price will follow up north ... hehee

Taiwan confirm sure rise one. But SG one really really flat lor. But on the postive note, today it performed well though the overall market dropped.

Oceanus share TP is around S$0.7. It is also likely to go above $0.7 as the prospective new business are good and other opportunities.
With Taiwan Martket strong Close at $14.05 = S$0.61, it is likely for Sg merket to follow, reaching S$0.7 is possible and not a dream.Should break S$0.55 soon this week.

But seems like pple are buying a lot on SG market and then sell on Taiwan market. Actually hor, can they do that? I see crazy pple buying 1000 lots today. Who are these pple?

Coming soon...once the sg shortists cannot stand losing further as no more shares to borrow, though they are big, may as big as GIC, but coming up against a bigger GGIC combined. Hehehe.
