yea..that's true for IPO price..for jokers entering at current 1.60+ unless the future REITs return is attractive...dun see it can sustain at current level leh???
already cashout @ 165, profit ~500, gd for me.
at such high price, dividend yield will be ~3.5. gd luck
for me. this counter is still going to give me returns of 5% and more. becoz i buy at 1.13.. lolz
so if next time it become $2 and 5% yield, my actual yield is almost 10%..

ps... Internet account also comes under "broker" :).
When you are allocated the shares and they are registerd in your name at CDP, then if you have a broker or trading account, you can sell it through the broker at any time at your stated price :).

Some factoring should be considered. Maybe due to Oylimpic coming to China? Maybe Golden piece of land just like orchard Road and growth on the city the mall is in. The Chinese spending power is growing yearly.....
