1) I fully agree with you that Jasper's fundamental is the best as number don't lie.
2) If they excercise a share conso, the price will definitley fly ----> Good example is Delong, after announcement of share conso, price surge from $0.2+ to $0.3 (50% up). After the 10 to 1 conso, price had within 2 months climbed from $3 to about $3.8 (that's 27% up). Still climbing.
