Even on last friday (just before x'mas; long weekend), there are no heavy selling. Volume is very very light with half a cent edge up.

Tuesday, should see 0.48 consolidating resistance broken with 0.495 uptrend tested. The rest is history.

From a technical chartist perspective.
aside to ckleong: I would say HOLD since 0.46 is holding well. unless otherwise.

Don't C Ouhua dropping, then say it got no potential. It has it own value.  Ouhua need to declare dividend of about, not less then 20%, it promise for.... this'll help stablize its share price. Q4 will announce its total profit of 2006 vs 2005. I believe the base is forming now holding steady despite huge mkt sell-off, good opportunity for accumulation from 4x cts price. Ouhua didn't drop much even though sti drop by more then 60pts. In actual fact Ouhua actually closed up higher. If U C the trade summary (more a defensive stock), should have noticed accumulation in progress. I remember one word in their quarter report: "significant" better result expected in Q4?. If this word is not misleading. Ouhua is going to see as another rising stock (very low PE ratio) vs China energy (very high PE ratio). MACD chart and trend is for moving up from it low base. Maybe today data  will show whether it crosses the bottom line. if yes, seeing the upward trend more upside ahead. Hope to see that happen by 4th Q. Just that when one quarter result is no good but overall past yearly result is good and etc, one must ponder why?

As i know of, LPG is used as heating fuel and for industries usage, seasonal rates (winter season) tend to increase LPG prices. Extended periods of unusually cold weather (?cold waves?) may cause increases in the price of LPG. Just quoting an eg. OuHua business model is to increase it production capacity from 600,000 to 900,000 tonnes.
Ouhua3Q2006PressRelease.pdf (see pg 2 of 5). That?s why, when do trading/investing, basic understanding is important.

This type of business in LPG has oredi attracted big boys.

Ouhua still lack of one factor B4 it can moving significantly upward: an optimistic analyst report. Likely to be coming soon!

At all times can't  expect all counters to get equal footing or attention all the times from those big boys. That is why, only having to be contented with rotational play.

Where once-hot stock flavour is over with or becomes too HOT, they'll s/w to laggard (e.g OUHUA?). All things have its natural flow.

I'm basing its on a fundamental sound counter here).

FYI: not an inducement to trade (buy/sell or hold), is your decision till better 4th Q result arrive.

Hi bunbun, Just fyi: (need not hv to response back) China Energy grey market pride 20c-24c, zhun Bo ??.

Want to share something about this counter.
From TA, this stock is oversold now, and the price is bellow the averages, so it should be a chance for this counter to grow.  For you already have bought it, you can buy some more to average.

Maybe we need to wait its year-end report.  Another thing we need to consider is the fluctuation of oil price.  It has something corelated with.  Today, there is OPEC meeting regarding to oil price.  It should be a good news to this counter.

Hey,

Don't mentioned, I am also betting on my guts to cut that lost as learned in China KangDa situation. Everyone in stock market is also hoping to make some profit, but sometime no luck, thus no choice but to eat the humble pie and cut lost, and cannot wait further. For those still holding good luck and take care.

knightrider, pardon me, but I have to agree with jackjames, averaging is something I really do not suggest when it comes to stock vesting...unless u really has the ample $$ to sustain, I think its really too risky. Learn how to let go sometimes...

Then why youcontinue to hold them ?  You continue to hold because you now suffer a paper lost and waiting for the price to go up. Thus, when you buy now to average out, where as others are chicken out, then when it rebounce a few cent, you are able to get out fast in time or suffer a less in lost.

Unless you are talking about a stock which is totally dead meat. But this stock is not dead meat yet. This is just my opinion and I have been using this way to get out of those stock that I holding unless I really do not want, thus cut lost straight. That is why I do that for this counter in the 1st place as I saw the trend like China Kangda. Good Luck, just my little suggestion.

alamak veteran Knightrider, if you know the counter is going down, why buy to average out ( the second buy is another mistakes!) ? I do not agree with this kind of method... Worse case, just hold them ..

That is why cut lost at 0.49c already since day 1 after result announced. For those did not cut lost and got it at 0.5c and above, please buy to average out. Now the price is too drastic to cut lost. But at least buy low to average when it rebounce, you can get out fast enough. This is because in day 1 you are confident and willing to stay when others cut lost, now you should have get in to average out.

In my earlier post, as I already mentioned, this is another china stock like China Kangda. No hope already unless the next quarter can have solid result or maybe sponsored Olympic or whatever excuse they can find ! Good Luck.
