yup should pick some up at $1

 

Philips Securities has a target price of $1.68 (sounds auspicious doesn't it? ) which represnts >60% upside over current price of $1.03. At current price P/BV = 0.8, this indicates that the stock is undervalued and does have some room for upside. But take heed, PS is not the most authoratative voice though.

Think i might buy a little and hold until P/BV = 1.5. Present DPU of 5.76% isn't too bad either. Personally I don't think it's a trading kinda stock as it seems too stable ... support of $1 based on IPO price and daily charts and resistance $1.15 based on daily charts though. Should be prepared to hold.

 

The IPO price is abt $1.00. This stock need to hold for at least a few months maybe until it release its full year financial results. So far the results had been positive. It's only a matter of time. I held Ezra share for abt 2-3 months until it hit $7+ recently. I brought at $6+ ...sold off at $7. At least got some profit rather than putting the $ in fixed deposit. Now looking at REIT. So far most REIT had reported good returns.  Vested...The last time I brought Allco REIT was at the price of $1.2+....sold off at $1.3+...Heeheehee. Good buying opportunity now cos it's price now is considered low. I did come across an article (forgotten when) which mention that the target price for this stock is abt $1.50+.

Great buy...this stock is definitely undervalued. Still got potential to go uptrend.  

 

Doing good for the past couple days. Volume up too. Hope it will hold up.

One dollar seems like a good support also the indicators turned so we are likely to see some upward motion like left_bug said.

 

Well, I am holding it for now. Although it's still a long way, MACD is moving toward the centerline. Also stochastic is moving up. But no strong uptrend is in sight. It might go sideways. Anyway, its your call. After a month of loss, I am holding tight to collect dividend.

 

I also bought this counter but seems to be not moving much.  Anyone got comments on this shares? Should I continue to hold or sell?

 

Gosh, below 1 dollar. I thought it would bounce back when bought it at 1. Cambridge bounce right back. Why can't you? This month has been a really bad month for me, losing quite a lot of money. Come on Allco, I am counting on you to recover some of the money I lost.

Is Allco a good buy right now as they will be issuing Rights shares soon and a few brokers has raise their target price to 1.61. Any comments?

it is uptrend indeed but overbought. trend reversal may happen anytime.

 

This is no longer an ignored REIT !! Check it out,..it's climbing up slowing , but surely !
