why sub holder is letting go their share and not accumulating?? because he see no potential in this company.
Multiresource Technology, Inc. (MTI) has increased its claim against Centillion. MTI submitted to the Taiwanese Court a Pre-trial Brief, wherein their claim against Centillion was revised from the sum of NT$20 million (approximately $1 million) to the sum of NT$121.89 million (approximately $6 million). MTI had been instructed by the Court to provide the legal basis of its revised claim.

well history repeats, some years back, OHL also went into informatics and whipped up a buying frenzy but suddenly let go leaving holders with shares as much as 25cts.. All of a sudden, info dropped to 15cts and then below 10cts. Don't second guess OHL's move, invest only if you think the TA/FA is right. It had happen to informatics before and thats not to say it won't happen here. |
Its confirmed that OHL has reduce his holding from 31.11 % To 26.59 %.
Shares disposed by Oei Hong Leong Foundation Pte Ltd through off market deal.
Oei Hong Leong owns more than 50% of the issued share capital of Chip Lian Private Limited, which, in turn, holds 100% of the issued share capital of Oei Hong Leong Foundation Pte Ltd. By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Oei Hong Leong is deemed to be interested in the shares which OHLF has an interest in.
As indicated in the past forum, OHL is a business man whom only want to make profit for himself. He should have make a god profit from selling it in the open market. The Rich gets Richer
Good Luck to those vest in this counter. Its not a good sign when the director is easing his/her stake....
