The problem is the blackout period. Im sure the director will move in and buy up the shares at this price. However wing tai has not announced results yet. It has to announce results befre they can resume share buyback. Im estimating the results will come out next monday or earlier. And thereafter, lots of share buybacks :D
Hope the good news can push up the share price.....

Business times reported that Wing tai sold a couple more units of Helios Residences at average of 3200psf!
WING TAI WILL ANNOUNCE VERY GOOD RESULTS IN  A FEW  WEEKS TIME! FURTHER PROFIT RECOGNITION FROM L'VIV, HELIOS RESIDENCES AND BELLE VUE RESIDENCE WILL BOOST THEIR PROFIT ABOVE 250MILLION DOLLARS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR!!!! EXPECT GOOD DIVIIDENDS ALSO!!!

Wing Tai (China) Investment, a subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings, has signed a joint venture agreement with Singbridge Guangzhou, a subsidiary of Singbridge International Singapore, to jointly develop a residential project in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.
Wing Tai holds a 40% stake in the project.
The project will be developed in phases over five years on a 10-hectare site. The residential development, which will be designed by architects Foster + Partners, is located adjacent to the current Jiulong Dadao and has close proximity to a future mass underground transportation station and scenic lake. It will feature practical smart technologies to enhance lifestyle conveniences of its residents
