No crap was intended, ...
Because someone suggested that it was my 'call' to buy, I was just clarifying that it is not my call. So that those who bought or sold will not think it is my call.
Hope this will clear the misunderstanding... hehehe...
cut the crabs, property stock rules for sure !
I cannot understand, why stupid people only wait until the property stocks go up high, and they keep chasing the price, then, they will tell themselves, yeah what, singapore condo sell so well, integrated resorts, blar blar blar.. when the price is damn cheap, they don't have balls to buy , a lah.. human beings are stupid sometimes.. have to admit that. .. just like warren buffet, when sub-prime crashes, he enters the finance sector now when people are panic selling, he sees the future, brother, relax la.. see far a bit la.. so short "sighted".
Watch it! I am not making any 'call'... :)
I was just kidding when I said "maybe I should grab some for myself"... sorry if you misunderstood....
I surely hope no one will buy or sell just beased on any 'tip' here... that is a definite no-no, no matter who you are following...
the stock market can go either way... no one (absolutely no one) is so clever as to be able to predict!!!
For those TAs, they will say chart is down etc... and will go further down... for this counter, i have absolute faith in its fundamentals... just thought of sharing with you and you make the call...
Hopefully you can earn some quick bucks ...
Will hold on tight and sell half of my 35 lots x 1.52 vested when it reaches 1.70... Remaining lots will keep till IR is ready...
Cheers,
ttman

ya.. i mean very very cheap... and gd for medium term holding...say 1 month.. as i will expect a rebound soon...
cheers,
ttman
If like you say, so many people think it is great sale time, then what is the logic of "hanging on tight"? ...
Or do you mean it's good for long-term holding?...
It's not cheap... its early great spore sale and if you will to ask anyone on this counter... U will get similar views...
For those vested, hang on tight...
cheers,
ttman

Poor thing! Even though the directors are buying up their own shares between 1.56 to 1.59 yesterday, the share price is still being whacked down mercilessly. Property slowing down must be the reason why investors are switching counters.
Jackjames... at $1.50 is a good buy, yet can go down further. Don't know how low it'll go. Very oversold. Will buy some to buy and hold. Their new project launch in Newton near MRT, next year should do well I believe.
I don't think the downtrend (properties) is ended...
I think holding Ho Bee for long term investment is not an issue, anyway, the launching of the Sentosa Cove are due to the IR in Sentosa. How about Genting International? The share price drop as well, and well before Ho Bee... is all related share to IR in sentosa start to cool down?
Similiar to my ReITs counters that I am holding, I posted the same questions to them asking them why are they acquiring properties during this period when the the price has been appraised so high. I am not against NOT buying but to me its just bad timing. No one replied yet. : (
One of my debt fund manager reminded me to think long term if I am in this for a long term. In Singapore, Land and Property price has been appraising each decades. Timing may be of insignificiant though a minor recession occurance may damped the appraised value and affect on a particular reporting period, but in a longer term, the asset held by the companies will be rewarded.
Hard to swallow. But reviewing at their past properties acquired, its true, the price has indeed appraised.
Does any one has a decade distance binoculars for me? *wink*
Have it bottom??? dropping bit by bit each day......

This puppy looks bad...
but no one can tell the future...
