Saw the report on the BT and got to agree with mike8057d that everyday ppl are still going to the doctor whether it gd or bad time and personally i had went to their clinic at raffles places and all i can say it a total different experience then going to the neighbourhood GP but right nw the stock seems bearish so maybe those who are interested can wait for it to drop further down before stepping in for it.. : )

sure sure...all doctors will benefit.  A lot of companies have contracts with RM...and there are a lot of company staff playing in the stock market.

but not necessarily going to Raffles as they command a premium. Neighbourhood GP charges a lot less. And they do give discount in bad times.

If Raffles has a strong pyschiatric practice, perhaps they will benefit. Think there are more patients seeing psychiatrists.

The support level is at $1.30. Good stock to keep if it melts deeper...

The Health Sceener at the hospital is always crowed everyday.  Most Coporate send their employee there for yearly health screening.  It also cater for many patients from Asian and Europe.

With more people realizing that recession is around the corner, they are also aware that financial health is more important than medical health. Hence people might not seek medical treatment unless it is urgent or life-threatening. The counter might not spare the bear-effect.
