You are not wrong. I am just being very conservative. When budgetting, always set lower targets. This way, you won;t be too dissappointed.
I personally too am hoping for this to shoot above .50 first day and it's not impossible. Again, study valuation versus peers in the KRX. If based on this alone, price should be above 0.60 cents even. Only concerned that Koreans do not notice this...

Don't know about Jasire's workings but MasterLim's post does list some sound logic. Most pointed one being that this is the biggest company in this product group and all other similar companies trading at double the PE of GAX's listing value. OK, maybe won't hit 0.50 cts the first few weeks but above 0.45 cts quite possible. But clarify that this is just my reading.
Also, again, do note that other recent calls by MasterLim were Raffles Education and Renewable Energy, both of which are happening stocks, even today. |

Why it has all the factors to rally on the week of trading:
Gaoxian supplies to the domestic market in China which is a tremendous growth story and Gaoxian is an indirect play on retail consumption in China.
Winner is going to be the one who is the biggest. And Gaoxian is the biggest.
Intention to use the proceeds from the Korean dual listing to move upstream by creating its own PET chips supply in order to expand its profit margins. This vertical integration is a complicated endeavour but it’s a very good story. In all manufacturing companies, vertical integration is a very key point and a winner when you talk to institutional investors. At the end of the day, it’s about size and economies of scale.”
Compared to its peers in Korea on a trailing 12-month basis, Gaoxian is heavily discounted by about 50% to its Korean comparables.
About 4X for the institutional demand. Given the various investor concerns that I have mentioned, this 4X subscription rate is a good one.
Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Nomura took up sizeable chunks of the deal … the majority were taken up by Korean institutions.
