I share with you guys 1 time only ok :) PT = Proprietary trader are firm's traders which they actively trade stocks using house money (Sharing profit & lost with the firm) are the Real Big Boys behind all the movement of stocks. ( You seen prices of share @ opening & closing @ many times higher than the actual stock price ? These are the work of PT )

BB = including big time remisiers, Margin Players, Syndicates, and big Private retail gamblers. Ok give you 1 simple case study. ABC is PT trader in X1 firm. AAA is PT trader in X2 firm.

They are both friends working in different company but they will someone meet up after work to discuss the plan for tomorrow :)

Code sign to sell, buy, hold, Shorting and the list of target stocks for tomorrow game plan. I cannot go into further details of that hope you understand.

Anyway one of them will be Shorter and 1 of the buyer.

0830 - 08:59 Pre - Trading. By this time they already know which stocks to enter.

Usually when the market sentiments are bad. The Short account will start shorting. They usually will create a strong selling presence in the stock they targeted. In this case ABC is shorter. ABC decided to throw a huge road block of 2000 lots on the sell queue. There comes the selling pressure when he off loaded huge amount of stocks like 1000 - 2000 to buy account.

Letting the share price falls other weaker holders (Contra players) will started to sell where the AAA account will buy up more shares at lower price. Thus averaging down its holder share price.

Once AAA account has hold enough amount of shares. The Short account will started to cover its position therefore pushing up the price. It will eat up fast covering most of its short at a lower price so ABC can make a profit. (Sell high buy Low)

AAA will make a profit because he is selling its shares at a higher price as ABC is covering its short position.(Buy Low Sell High)

At least 10-15% of the volume will be sold to retail players as they chase the price. Soon after the share didnt move :)

Many will wonder why .... so much volume leh but it falls or didnt move at all. Because you are the last man holding the ball ; all shares have been covered and BB already exit. Usually all these trades are done Intraday - All done in 1 day.

This is just 1 small simple example. Trading has much more tricks than this. Good luck. I might reveal more .... maybe

Honestly, if no body loses money, then who will feed the brokers, their wives and children and their bosses and family?  See if you can answer this question. Think harder if you cannot find an answer. Hahaha.

Afraid of what? What does PT stands for? Pit trader?  Actually husband and wife can do it also.  This generates alot of volumes and I am sure is being played by many syndicates.  But you can also do it yourself by placing 1000 lot at buy price and 1000 lots at sell price if you have borrowed shares in your acct.  These trade secrets are revealed for traders so that they understand why prices move.   In fact it is not a secret but an excercise of the minds making all things possible. Don't be selfish lah.

Ha ha, d ging gang could be exe their trick quitely. Instead of clearing another, say 9% again at merry deal, with down premium, to clear them in d riding heat of  R issue is more viable. Fr start of 1.24 to yesterday , kau jaw liao, simply enough to raise "stake" loh. Imagine, both d institution n ging gang still holding dons of stock with $0.60 R issue got them in d last R issue period.

They r now in A380 outbound to Macau liao, with hundreds of yr old wine, laughing n celebrating along d way. Where got mercy to those now struggling n wondering old uncles n aunties.

The rights' 'strike' is .8...

Buying at that price should be good deal, but it is even possible for it to go below .8 too...

ie. If the market 'double bottom' comes to pass later... Smiley
