This is a lousy stock.. I bought some at 52 cents...Seem that it is dead now..
suspect that they are doing the dance in the morning and probably ramp up later in the afternoon.
The rest of the stocks seemed to be rallying in the morning :)

1) they themself may misunderstood the total number share can buy back and will buy back more later.
2) Purposely to disclose wrongly, just to show that they have tried their best to buy back all the share sold by major shareholders with their quota to build up shareholders confidence.
Unfortunately, i believe point 2 is highly likely

anyway, from a bullish point of view, its forming a bull flag, from a bearish point of view, BBs could have run and dumped all alr looking at the upper tails of the last few candles.
i'm in the bullish camp haha.
and another thing is that the company took as long as 9 days just to correct the mistake of the number maximum amount of shares it's allowed to buy back. i find this highly suspicious actually.
