Hi All,
I would like to verify my doubt.
I am now holding 10 lots of Genting share which I had bought ever since early august 2009 (before the announcement of Rights).
If, I am selling it within this week, does it mean my 2000 Rights would be forfeited automatically?
Hope someone can enlighten me =)

Just FYI: Mother share has gap up, based on current px it worth is estimate around for R200 right shares is 0.38ct to 0.40 ct on opening, so expected play on....happy trading.
Hope U bot alot 3 days B4 ex-right on Sept18, 2009 and right issued apply alot, alot more.

Take Note: when mother suddenly been push up with great volume. R200 share will oso surge accordingly if not higher....Ya. Watch out for date: Sept 28 (Mon), till 2/3 day B4 6 Oct (Tues).

Till holding period, can play on.....
Where number is not important can be 1.00, 1.10 or even 1.20ct, this is holding period to make it reasonable to vest so by juz about it, happy trading, once BBs finish their money making enuff, volume will drop, then can consider buying at lower px. |

It mean last day is on 17-09-09 when one want to own right share or 200 share for every 1,000 share own or held on this date and not after this date which is clearly mentioned ex-right: 18 Sep 2009)
Books closure date : 23 Sep 2009 (Wed) 5pm ( last day to notifiy vested owner of share held or own)

Shares traded ex-rights : 18 Sep 2009 (Fri) 9am
Books closure date : 23 Sep 2009 (Wed) 5pm
Start of nil-paid rights trading : 28 Sep 2009 (Mon) 9am
End of nil-paid rights trading : 06 Oct 2009 (Tue) 5pm
Last day for payment of rights : 12 Oct 2009 (Mon) 5pm
Expected rights shares issue : 20 Oct 2009 (Tue)
Expected trade of rights shares : 21 Oct 2009 (Wed) 9am (now worth extimate 0.38ct to 0.40ct)
no la every 5 u get 1, so 1000 u get 200 :)

Sorry for not replying your post earlier as was busy with work these few days.Anyway,since I sold 5 and buy 15 with avg px of $0.65 for my extra 10lots, will hold and see situation till opening,,no hurry for me as my 90lots still avg down to 60+ cents.

Just a after thot: Don chase after d px n hope to sell higher, thing need to take profit n come down abit.
U can now wait for opportunities to sell your mother share of 75lots. when px movement surge above $1.15ct (different of 0.10ct) and concentrate on retaining ur 15 lots (Right Issue Share) if U choose to and subscribe, if not can oso sell in open mkt. If and when mother suddenly been push up with great volume. R200 share will oso surge accordingly if not higher....Ya.
