Important date to remember:
12 Oct
Those holding nil-paid rights have to pay up ($0.80 per share) by this date to subscribe for the allotted rights shares. If you do not wish to subscribe, make sure you sell away your nil-paid rights between 28 Sep and 6 Oct. If you still have them as of this date for whatever reason, do yourself a favour and pay up. Don't become a dumb donkey by keeping all your nil-paid rights and then not subscribing for the rights shares, because the nil-paid rights become worthless after 12 Oct! You may make payment either via post (using bank drafts or cashier's order, no cheques accepted) or ATM (your CDP account should already be linked, but note down your CDP account number for keying in manually just in case)
Is there still juice left worth playing this counter.

the present mkt is 4 trading, holding risks r very high.
Is there any basis for the recent huge rush up?
I mean, I'm vested (pretty good earnings if I sell now. Actually best I've had, but I've only been investing seriously for 1 year) and I have pretty good confidence in Genting in the long run......
But the recent rush up reeks of speculation. Anyway, I intend to hold.

there is a curse (phobia) at 1.20. Waiting for fairy godfather/mother to break the spell.
No matter how the theorizing goes, as long as there's juice, it is worth playing....
BB are pushing the price up.
Obviously, the right will command a higher price.
They will unload the right for you to carry.
