wat liao bro, u sifu lvl u know. My advise for you oredi posted la, just want to help some newbies and also myself la. I just want to share with them, their mistake in the trading pattern and what will happen to them in long run, or when mkt turns. I have learnt much from Bro Ace its ok to short, so mkt or counters goes both way. I just want to stop for a while, to again understand myself and the mkt. Kum sia bro for reminding! Market sentiment is indeed not so good as you can see I have started to share about signal of a weak market or correction. I have told some of my  SJ bros  that I will clear almost all my holdings tomorrow. My style is different from you. I'm learning how to make money in a weak market.  Stocks trading is my hobby. I don't have hobby like collecting stamps, old coins or Hello Kitty etc. Lol! Therefore, I will go very small starting this week unless I am very confident of a counter. I may try out our  shortist master  Bro ace333's  short to strength and short at resistance. Lol!

Bro, I post on fri to bro novic, Im stopping trading for a while. Mkt has no direction now with many ppl shouting here and there, Im not comfortable (hehe) with this. Making money is not about always in the market, you have to be in at the right time and right price. A while can be a few days or weeks. I will take some time with some new counters in my watch list and monitor.

bro, there is one more advise that I nvr post b4 bcos I saw more ppl bleeding here but I guess I should post too. Rem to take good care of your profit, winning is not mkt money but yours .Many investors   after making some $$$$ start to trade more counters and larger vol, they turn wild thinking is profit afterall. Hey, to make $$$ is not easy, learn to protect your gain $$$ b4 its gone. Make steady for a long time, good luck bro.

Its human nature to be greedy and fearful.. The most impt part is to acknowledge and accept that...

    Problem why many fail is because they didn't accept that fact they were wrong, and worse they keep thinking of making back what they had lost

        Treat every trade differently.. when trading you cannot die die stick to one methodology.

I see alot of experience shared by a few good men here, but in stk market, you need to know " thyself" (Matrix revolution)

You are buying at a price that is very risky. This is the price whereby many peoples prepare to unload. When a counter moves up and comes to resistance price, it will likely face resistance unless the resistance is a weak one. So when face resistance, it will falls back and may or may not break later. Even if the counter will break, it will normally falls back first before it comes back to test it again. If you can tahan the fall back period, then  your chance becomes 50-50. If you cannot tahan the fall back, then you may have cut it before it test again. Therefore, try not to buy a counter at resistance or near( & below)  resistance price unless you are confident that it will break it. Contrary to this, buy at strong support price is much safer and have higher chance of making money. Of course, you will also have to take note of the market sentiment and company performance. If the company is in trouble, strong support will most likely be broken usually on its 2nd or 3rd test. If market sentiment no good for e.g. in a correction, support may also be broken easily. Support price is useful in normal trading market sentiment. Take for instance counter A chiong up 3 days and then slowly melting. When it comes to the strong support price, high chance it will rebound.  I need to say this again, knowing the resistance and support price is important in stocks trading. I thought it should be 8.30am. But at 8.30am when the price came out, there are already queue there. I tried to queue at about 8.20 am and my lots were also accepted. So what is the actual time the market allow queuing?. Any bros know?.

 

Bro, come on, take a break, I join you la. Both of us stop for a while, off the screen, out of the trade, ok??Wait till we see better direction. When mkt finish playing blue chips, going for pennies,most time its time for   correction (mostly), wait for better time la bro, ok???
