For Singtel, its buy on STI dip and sell on surge. However, I see that its fluctuation has somehow level off a little bit. Hmm, times to look at other counters to play.

I think it will probably test 3.76 again, but I will definitely not rule out a revisit of 3.84 within the day. I can understand why 3.77 may look attractive based on charts. But there are some other signals saying different things which kinda weakens the argument for an extremely bullish Singtel in the short term.
If Singtel does not break below 3.76 in next 2/3 trading days, it is likely to resume bullishness; conversely, if Singtel breaks below, support may be at 3.73, if not 3.68.
In any case, there is a lot of institutional interest in the movement of this stock - why is why I tend to be more cautious with its moves and wary of potential shakeouts.
One also needs to monitor the other STI blue chips' trends to see in totality how Singtel is likely to move.

Do not attempt to catch yet. Odds are Singtel will go downtrend at least a few more days even if today Singtel manages to close flat at 3.82.
