You include all the BB lei? If a lot of them are holding, then likely price will go up or maintain. If Genting Overseas Holding Limited start selling, then everyone will go into panick selling! I am pretty sure they wouldn't want to do that at least for now, when the share itself has received numerous surprises already...
No doubt some people will sell it since it is an instant profit. Besides, always got good announcement. You can check it out on Facebook. They have their own account which they make announcements themselves even before newspapers or television news announce. Lol. They have plenty of good news to announce, just waiting for right time to announce. Don't say until like that lei. If not become a typical stock that follows the trendline; i.e. the stock prices follows the standard logic of human behavior/psychology - Later encourage a lot of people into panic selling, which makes a "prediction" come true.
There are more than 1.9 billion new shares coming into the market at a cost of 80 cts each, so what do you think the new share's holder will do?
At today's price of $1.12, one share will profit 32 cts, one lot $320, ten lots $3,200 & if got 100 lots ....yummy, profit of $32,000.
Unless got good annoucement, or everybody don't sell including BB, than the price can go up, but the upside...historically is highest $1.21, more then that is a risk, so who want to take the risk?

Pls advise. Was thinking if I should sell some shares today first or just continue to hold.

Further to its announcement dated 13 October 2009 in relation to the indicative results of the Rights Issue, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that, as at the close of the Rights Issue on 12 October 2009, valid acceptances and excess applications were received for a total of 2,609,433,454 Rights Shares, representing approximately 135.1% of the total number of 1,931,564,264 Rights Shares available under the Rights Issue (based on the issued share capital of the Company as at the Books Closure Date). The valid acceptances received include the acceptances by Genting Overseas Holdings Limited of its pro rata entitlement of a total of 1,049,310,377 Rights Shares, representing approximately 54.32% of the total number of Rights Shares available under the Rights Issue.
Details of the valid acceptances and excess applications received are as follows:

Especially when " ChaiShenYie " is controlling your actions... hehehe...
Ha ha, wat my broker told me last Sat, that many wrong subcribe of R, intead of 10000 R, they keyed in 10. If they dun correct it, your excess shares would be fully issued loh, could be blessing for disguise.
However, if u confident, then subscribe more than 100% loh. Cheers.
Seems like genting is losing steam. Might lose more when the rights shares starts trading next week.
Anyway, will pick up a little more if it does.
