I prefer Kepland than Capland. Kepland has smaller float and "should" move faster if the mk is euphoric. But then again, if sentiment no good it comes down fast also...hehehe!!! But I think everyone prefers fast death than slowly being torture, right...lol!

14 Jun 2007 02:17 BST DJ MARKET TALK: KepLand +0.6%; Diversity A Positive Sign -Analyst

0117 GMT [Dow Jones] Keppel Land (K17.SG) +0.6% at S$9.10 on thin volume after announcing deal with Vietnam's Tan Truong to invest US$146 million in a residential development in Ho Chi Minh City. Analyst says deal is pretty small, but says "continued diversity into new markets leads to new revenue streams, which is always a positive sign for a company." Stock's upside capped at S$9.15, having been stuck in tight 50 Singapore cents band over last 6 weeks. First phase of the 2,400-unit development not set to be launched until 2008.(JEM)

0002 GMT [Dow Jones] Keppel Land (K17.SG) may edge up slightly after announcing it will link up with Vietnam's Tan Truong to invest US$146 million in a Ho Chi Minh City residential development. Project relatively small for company which posted 1Q07 sales of S$295.4 million; upside limited as first phase of the 2,400-unit development not set to be launched until 2008. Keppel will take a 75% stake in the luxury condominium project, while Tan Truong will own 25%. Cap at 2 month high of S$9.55; closed down 1.6% at S$9.05 yesterday. (JEM)

My guesss is that the price is being artifical pressed down by BB, to kill off all the warrant/option holders.  If they got to exercise their option, somebody got to fork out the differences, right?!
