This burger XD on coming Fri. Basing on the previous DIV syndrome, what is its bottom? Good guess is 30 pts down, when market opens. Shorting is no way, long also bad as its TGIF then leow.

DMG Research on Thursday maintained its buy call on Keppel Land in spite of the property company's subdued first quarter results.
'We hold the view that KepLand's overseas exposure represents a healthy proxy of the growing economies in Asia, justified by recent robust take-up rates, namely Jakarta Garden City and Elita Garden Vista.'
The research house has pegged the target price at $8.08. KepLand was trading around $6.09, down a cent on Thursday afternoon.
On Wednesday, KepLand posted subdued results with topline sliding 7.6 per cent year-on-year and 26.5 per cent quarter-on quarter to $273.1m, largely due to the completion of several projects in Singapore and overseas. -- BT newsroom

KepLand, which derives the bulk of its income selling apartments in Asian countries including Singapore, China, Vietnam, and India, earned $60.3 million (US$44.77 million) in the three months to end-March, down from $62.5 million reported a year ago.
The developer, 53 per cent-owned by conglomerate Keppel Corp, said this week that it secured an option to develop a 1,500 unit residential project in Vietnam costing US$390 million. -- REUTERS

Thought this counter is doing pretty well - 20% increase in 1 month's time. It's closing price is $6.07 2day. Can't really complain, rite?
